There have been reports that the BCCI officials are likely to intervene in solving the problem, but Dhoni has strongly denied the report and said nothing wrong between him and Sehwag, who had settled.
"If nothing else, why should we talk? If you do not have a problem, why not deal with it? There is nothing negative," said Dhoni when asked whether they discussed the matter with his agent, as reported in the media.
"He is a leading player Sehwag, you know, and we do not make it clear, because we all trust each other, what was said and what happened," he continued.

Sehwag struck back quickly to Dhoni in a separate press conference to say that was never informed that the distribution is a problem.
